Ten people were killed and 22 others wounded following a Russian airstrike targeting a medical center in the city of Sumy, northeastern Ukraine. Ukrainian officials said that Russian forces struck the medical facility in Sumy on Saturday, then targeted it again during the evacuation of the building, resulting in the deaths of ten people and injuries to 22 others. Attacks on Sumy have become more frequent since Ukrainian forces launched an operation in the neighboring Russian region of Kursk last August.
