Dubai: The 26th edition of Intersec, the world's largest business event focused on the future of security, safety, and fire protection, is set to commence tomorrow, 14th January, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The event is held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and promises to be the most extensive and comprehensive edition yet, with 1,200 exhibitors from 61 countries and an anticipated attendance of over 52,000 visitors from more than 140 countries.
According to Emirates News Agency, Intersec 2025 will operate under the theme 'Mapping the Future of Security, Safety, and Fire Protection'. It aims to highlight advanced technologies and vital solutions across five key sectors: Commercial and Perimeter Security, Fire and Rescue, Safety and Health, Cyber Security, and Homeland Security and Policing. The event will feature 11 country pavilions, showcasing major contributions from nations such as the UK, France, and Singapore, reinforcing its importance as a global hub for networking, knowledge exchange, and business collaboration.

The 2025 edition introduces several new features. Among them is the inaugural Intersec Policing Conference, where more than 50 international experts will share insights and best practices in law enforcement and public safety. Another notable addition is the CISO Business Briefing, an exclusive forum for Chief Information Security Officers to discuss emerging trends and strategies in cybersecurity. Furthermore, the event will debut the Intersec Startup Arena, held in collaboration with Ignyte, providing a transformative platform for startups to present their disruptive solutions to industry leaders and investors.
