49 decomposed bodies recovered – a new mass grave was discovered in the Shifa complex

Gaza - Together - The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Wednesday, the recovery of 49 bodies from the Shifa Medical Complex in the northern Strip after the discovery of a new mass grave. The Ministry indicated in a statement that the bodies were decomposed, and that search operations were still continuing. The Palestinian Ministry of Health indicated that search and recovery operations have been underway for the dead for several weeks, as dozens were recovered from inside Al-Shifa Hospital, and from under the rubble of the destroyed homes surrounding the hospital.
