Sharjah: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an administrative decision regarding the formation of the board of directors for Dibba Al Hisn Football Club Company. The decision outlines the structure of the board, specifying key positions and terms.
According to Emirates News Agency, the newly formed board will be chaired by Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Tarban Al Hammoudi. The board will consist of four members: Ahmed Murad Ali Mohammed Al Amiri, Mohammed Ahmed Saeed Baghdad Al Darmaki, Mohammed Ahmed Obaid Jumaa Al Marzouqi, and Mohammed Abdullah Hassan Sahakouh Al Dhahouri.
The decision mandates that the board must allocate administrative roles among its members during its initial meeting. Additionally, the board is tasked with electing a vice chairman, a process that can be completed either by consensus or through a direct secret ballot.
The membership duration for the board is established at four years, with the option for renewal for one or more similar terms from the date of the decision. In the event of the term's conclusion, the board will maintain its responsibilities until a new board is appointed or the existing board's term is renewed.
