New York:H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Jos© Manuel Restrepo, Vice President of the Republic of Colombia, during the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in several key sectors, including economic, trade, investment, and development. They also looked at ways to strengthen ties under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership between the two countries.
The meeting addressed various issues on the UNGA agenda, with Sheikh Abdullah expressing enthusiasm for further developing bilateral relations and exploring new opportunities for mutual benefit. Regional and international matters of shared interest were also discussed, with both parties exchanging views.
Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, attended the meeting.
