Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone conversation with Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morocco, to discuss the latest regional developments and their implications for regional and international security and stability.
According to Emirates News Agency, the call also focused on the longstanding fraternal relations between the United Arab Emirates and Morocco. Both sides explored avenues to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, aiming to serve their mutual interests and contribute to greater prosperity and development for both nations and their citizens.
In addition to discussing diplomatic matters, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed took the opportunity to commend the Moroccan national football team for its performance in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is currently taking place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
