Abdullah Bin Zayed Meets Slovak Prime Minister During Bratislava Visit

Bratislava: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Robert Fico, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, during a working visit by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed to the capital, Bratislava. The meeting was also attended by Juraj Blan¡r, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs.

According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Slovak Republic and explored ways to enhance and develop these relations to support the shared interests of the two nations. The discussions included expanding cooperation in priority sectors such as economic, trade, and investment fields, as well as renewable energy, aligning with the development visions of both countries and supporting their efforts towards sustainable development.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasized the UAE's commitment to strengthening its relations with the Slovak Republic and expanding bilateral cooperation across various fields. He acknowledged the progress in relations between the two countries and the promising opportunities they present for growth.

The meeting also addressed the issue of unprovoked Iranian missile attacks targeting the UAE and other countries. H.H. Sheikh Abdullah expressed gratitude to Robert Fico for Slovakia's solidarity with the UAE.

Further discussions included enhancing efforts to reinforce security and stability at regional and international levels. The meeting was attended by Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State, and Abdulla Balalaa, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Energy and Sustainability.
