Abu Dhabi Chamber and Federal Youth Authority Forge Alliance to Boost Youth Entrepreneurship

Abu dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has formalized a strategic partnership with the Federal Youth Authority through a Memorandum of Understanding signed at the Abu Dhabi Global Entrepreneurship Festival 2026. This agreement is aimed at enhancing youth involvement in the business landscape and promoting entrepreneurial initiatives.

According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was signed by Ali Mohammed Al Marzouqi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, and Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Authority. The collaboration is set to foster a conducive environment for skill development, idea incubation, and the transformation of concepts into successful business ventures, thereby reinforcing Abu Dhabi's status as a global business hub.

The partnership will focus on organizing joint events, conferences, workshops, and forums to encourage research and knowledge exchange. It will also provide practical training and field experiences, alongside developing local youth programs aimed at future growth sectors. Al Marzouqi emphasized the Chamber's dedication to youth empowerment as essential for a diversified and sustainable economy.

Al Nuaimi highlighted the significance of this partnership in unifying national efforts to empower youth through quality programs that enhance capabilities and participation in various economic sectors. The Federal Youth Authority is committed to collaborating with partners to create an environment where young people can achieve their ambitions and significantly contribute to the UAE's economic progress.

The agreement also seeks to synchronize the initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council with the Federal Youth Authority's programs, thereby expanding opportunities for young talent to engage actively in economic development. It aligns with the UAE's overarching vision of cultivating an innovation and knowledge-based economy, underscoring the need for cooperation between government entities and private sector institutions to prepare future experts and practitioners for upcoming challenges.
