Doha: HE Acting Director of the Department of American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Al Muhannad bin Ali Al Hammadi met at the Mexican Embassy in Doha, with Their Excellencies ambassadors of the Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC) countries.
