ADAFSA and Gracia Farm Collaborate to Enhance Agricultural and Food Sector Skills

Abu dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gr cia Farm, aiming to strengthen mutual cooperation and build a strategic partnership to develop skills in the agriculture and food sectors. The MoU was signed by Mouza Suhail Al Muhairi, Deputy Director-General for Regulatory and Administrative Affairs at ADAFSA, and Hamed Ahmed Al Hamed, Chairman of the Emirates Agricultural Pioneer Association and Founder of the Gracia Group.

According to Emirates News Agency, this agreement underscores the commitment of both parties to enhance coordination and cooperation. It leverages ADAFSA's established practices to serve the public interest and reinforce collaboration, focusing on supporting joint initiatives that cater to various customer segments. The MoU aims to utilize the capabilities and expertise of both entities, including human resources and accumulated practical expertise.

The agreement outlines cooperation in capacity-building for workers in the agriculture and food sectors, aligning with ADAFSA's priorities and the requirements of approved training programs. It also provides a framework for coordination in relevant fields, promoting the exchange of expertise to develop capabilities, nurture talent, and strengthen the partnership between ADAFSA and Gr cia Farm.

This collaboration is expected to facilitate knowledge exchange and help in developing a new generation of skilled professionals. These professionals will be able to keep pace with global best practices, thereby contributing to the agricultural development of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
