Abu dhabi: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) set a Guinness World Record by creating the largest biodegradable UAE flag for the 54th Union Day. Designed by Emirati artist Safeya AlHebsi with eco-friendly materials, the 26.849-square-metre flag was displayed at the bank's Abu Dhabi headquarters, underscoring ADCB's commitment to sustainability and national identity.
According to Emirates News Agency, the initiative highlights ADCB's dedication to promoting environmental sustainability while celebrating the UAE's cultural heritage. The collaboration with Safeya AlHebsi aimed to combine national pride with an eco-conscious approach, marking a significant achievement for the bank and the artist.
