According to Emirates News Agency, the 2026 agenda will introduce industry-aligned programs in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, focusing on equipping Emiratis with skills needed for high-demand sectors. The new programs include the Software Development Accelerator Programme, Technology Infrastructure Programme, and Strategic Business Intelligence Programme. This year, ADGMA and DGE's Mawaheb will intensify their efforts in government and semi-government employability, aiming to create long-term, impactful careers.
