ABU DHABI: The Abu Dhabi Investment Office's (ADIO) AgriFood Growth and Water Abundance (AGWA) cluster is poised to take a prominent role at the upcoming Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE) 2024, making a significant impact on one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in the MENA region. According to Emirates News Agency, the event will take place from November 26 to 28 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), attracting over 21,000 visitors and featuring 660 exhibitors and 1,900 brands from more than 70 countries. This builds on the success of the previous edition of ADIFE, which saw more than AED 3.9 billion in deals signed. ADIO's participation at the exhibition highlights its dedication to fostering innovation in food systems and supports Abu Dhabi's vision of creating an ecosystem capable of offering transformative solutions to global food security challenges. The event will be held alongside the inaugural Global Food Security Summit (GFSS) and the 10th Abu Dhabi Date Pa lm Exhibition (ADDPE). Through the AGWA cluster, ADIO will present groundbreaking approaches, including alternative proteins and sustainable farming technologies aimed at revolutionizing food production and distribution, ensuring food security and climate resilience for the future. Abu dhabi: Oil prices rose today, Wednesday, extending a rally that began several days ago, while gold prices showed little
