According to Emirates News Agency, the award was presented by an expert judging panel and recognizes carriers that demonstrate exceptional performance in growth, operational efficiency, passenger satisfaction, and innovation. The 'Low-Cost Airline of the Year' category is a prestigious acknowledgment within the aviation industry.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, expressed that winning this award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team.
