Ajman Crown Prince Launches Rental Regulation Digital Services

Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has introduced a suite of digital services focused on rental regulation, developed by the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. The announcement was made during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, held by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department from 14 to 16 September.

According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. praised the Department’s initiative to integrate modern technologies and artificial intelligence into government services, aiming to streamline processes and improve customer experiences. This initiative is expected to bolster the competitiveness of Ajman’s real estate sector.

H.H. was briefed by Yousuf Mohammed Al Shaiba, Executive Director of the Rental Regulation Sector, who outlined the principal digital services and their features. These services aim to increase the efficiency of rental regulation and real estate activities, ensuring swift access to necessary information and services for customers and investors.

The digital package includes Tibyan, the Smart Legal Assistant, available in two formats: one for public use and another for employees within the Rental Regulation Sector. Tibyan addresses inquiries related to rental disputes and procedures, enhancing information accessibility and operational effectiveness.

Yousuf Al Shaiba emphasized that Tibyan is a pivotal enhancement to the digital service offerings, delivering verified information promptly and reliably. This advancement is designed to elevate the customer service experience and improve service quality for the public, property owners, tenants, companies, and sector employees.

Additional services within the package comprise the New Workers’ Accommodation Contract Attestation Request and the New Employee Accommodation Contract Attestation Request. These services facilitate electronic contract creation, organize accommodation data, and offer a comprehensive digital journey for completing related processes.

The initiative also includes the Workers’ Accommodation Property Registration Request, an electronic service that registers properties and units used for worker accommodation, documenting their data within the system. This service helps organize accommodation data and provides an accurate database for monitoring and related activities.

Digital Document Authentication is another key service, allowing for the issuance of electronic stamps for approved contracts. This service supports the electronic verification of contract approvals and validity, enhancing document credibility.

These digital advancements align with the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department’s commitment to building a smarter, more efficient government services framework. By expanding the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, the department aims to improve customer experience, support business and investment environments, and prepare the Emirate for a digitally-driven future centered on innovation and efficiency.
