Ajman: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, received Shihab Al Faheem, Ambassador of the UAE to Japan and Commissioner General of the UAE Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan, at the Ruler's Court.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Ruler of Ajman welcomed the Ambassador, expressing his wishes for the success of efforts aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the UAE and Japan to serve the shared interests of both nations. The meeting focused on reviewing the growing relations between the UAE and Japan across political, economic, and cultural fields, as well as exploring ways to expand future cooperation for sustainable development and reinforcing strategic partnerships.
H.H. Sheikh Humaid praised the UAE's participation in Expo 2025 Osaka and commended the efforts of Shihab Al Faheem, along with the working teams, volunteers, and pavilion supervisors. He highlighted their role in promoting cultural exchange and showcasing the UAE's heritage and values.
Shihab Al Faheem expressed his gratitude to the Ruler of Ajman for the reception and affirmed his commitment to strengthening cooperation between the UAE and Japan. He also pledged to present an honourable image of the UAE in international forums. The meeting was attended by several Sheikhs and local officials.
