Al dhaid: The fourth edition of the Al Asayl Exhibition 2025 concluded yesterday at Expo Al Dhaid, achieving significant success.
According to Emirates News Agency, the exhibition was organized by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). This year's event attracted thousands of visitors and delivered substantial returns for exhibitors, strengthening its reputation as a leading platform for the equestrian, camel, and falconry industries in the region.
The four-day exhibition featured over 250 companies and brands, along with major equestrian, falconry, and camel racing clubs and associations. These participants showcased the latest innovations in industries related to Arab heritage, displaying a variety of supplies and equipment for horses, camels, and falcons. This included advanced breeding techniques, stable equipment, transport gear, and veterinary solutions.
A key attraction was the Falcon Auction, which drew significant interest from falconers and breeders across the UAE and Gulf region. The auction featured spirited bidding for premium and rare falcons such as Shaheen, Gyr-Shaheen, Gyr-Tiba, and pure Gyr falcons, underscoring the exhibition's role as a strategic hub for falconry professionals and enthusiasts.
Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, highlighted the exhibition's role in showcasing the diversity of commercial and economic events hosted by Sharjah. He emphasized its effectiveness in stimulating economic activity and enhancing brand visibility while providing a platform for networking, dealmaking, and strategic partnerships, which ensures stronger participation in future editions.
Mohammed Musabah Al Tunaiji, Director of the SCCI's Al Dhaid branch and Director of Expo Al Dhaid, noted the strong interest from heritage sports enthusiasts, particularly in the falcon auction. He remarked on the exhibition's success in delivering a sustainable message about preserving the UAE's rich cultural heritage for future generations.
