The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government assigned by the House of Representatives, Abdul-Hadi Al-Hawaij, met yesterday in Benghazi with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mission, Jan Frieds, to review the mission's activities in Libya.
