Al-Khalil - Ma'an - The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas in Hebron, said, "The first rapid response to the assassination of leader Ismail Haniyeh... we announce the implementation of two shooting operations this morning, the first from zero distance and hit a settler near Kiryat Arba, while the second operation targeted an occupation army force near the Ibrahimi Mosque."
