Tripoli: Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Acting Head of the UNSMIL, Stephanie Koury, met yesterday with Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Immad Al-Sayeh, and reviewed the progress of Libya's municipal elections. "I stressed HNEC's successful implementation so far and the need for continued institutional support.
