Al Zorah and Samana Ink AED2.7 Billion Deal for Waterfront Development in Al Zorah City

Al zorah: Al Zorah Real Estate Development Company has formalized a significant land acquisition agreement with Samana Real Estate Development Company for the creation of an upscale mixed-use waterfront destination in Al Zorah City, carrying a valuation of AED2.7 billion. The landmark deal was officiated in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Al Zorah Real Estate Development Company, and was signed by Dr. Nasser Al Shammaa and Imran Farooq, representing their respective organizations.

According to Emirates News Agency, this collaboration is a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. It signifies a shared vision to offer high-quality residential communities that blend urban design with nature, enhancing investment and living options within Al Zorah City. The project is set to deliver over 2,000 residential units on a prime waterfront plot in Al Zorah Marina 1, spanning 576,908 square feet, with views of the marina and proximity to a natural mangrove reserve.

The development will also include 65,000 square feet of commercial space, cumulatively offering a saleable area of approximately 1.43 million square feet. The project features apartments, branded residences with hotel services, townhouses, villas, and commercial outlets, creating an integrated coastal community. Residents will enjoy direct access to Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, a championship golf course, and extensive green spaces designed for mobility and privacy.

Dr. Nasser Al Shammaa emphasized that the partnership underscores Solidere International's dedication to collaborating with leading developers to enhance Al Zorah City's long-term appeal. Imran Farooq highlighted the project's timing amidst Ajman's real estate market growth, with transaction volumes up by 37 percent over the past year. Samana aims to introduce resort-style living that merges design innovation with Al Zorah City's peaceful character, offering a high-privacy lifestyle integrated with nature.

Samana's entry into Al Zorah City comes with strong momentum, having ranked fifth among top-selling off-plan developers in Dubai in 2025, with sales amounting to AED7.1 billion. The project will align with advanced design principles and sustainable building practices, complementing Al Zorah's existing developments like Golf Estates and Zoya Health and Wellbeing Resort, forming a modern coastal destination focused on nature, luxury, and quality living.
