Algerian, Libyan Foreign Ministers Discuss Bilateral Relations

The Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf discussed the latest developments in the country with his Libyan counterpart Al Taher Al Baour during a phone conversation on Wednesday.
