Benghazi: Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Mosbah Douma, said that all options are open to protect and defend what remains of national sovereignty. This came in a statement published by the Spokesman for the HoR, Abdullah Belihaq, coinciding with the ongoing crisis of changing the management of the Central Bank.
