Ambassador Norland: America supports the Libyans.

Tripoli: America reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Libyans from the east, west, and south in their efforts to achieve their long-term aspirations towards choosing a unified government that guarantees equal development for all country regions. This was stated by its special envoy, Ambassador Richard Norland, that he published on the 'X' platform on the occasion of the thirteenth anniversary of the February 17 Revolution. The ambassador added, 'We strongly encourage all Libyan leaders to put aside their differences, give priority to the common good of the nation, and participate in an honest dialogue that leads Libya towards a new pivotal moment in its history and a better future that the Libyan people deserve.' He stressed that the United States of America continues to strengthen its partnership with all residents of Libya, in the east, west and south. Source: Libyan News Agency
