Tripoli: The new German ambassador to Libya, 'Ralf Traff,' pledged today, Wednesday, to work to strengthen German-Libyan cooperation, at the beginning of his assumption of responsibility for his new position. I am honored to assume my position as Germany's ambassador to Libya, and to contribute to strengthening German-Libyan cooperation)). Ralph Traff succeeds Ambassador Michael Unmacht, who has led the German diplomatic mission in Tripoli since August 2021, succeeding former Ambassador Christian Bock, who currently holds the position of Special Envoy to Libya.
