Ammar bin Humaid Highlights Success of Ajman New Projects Centre in Attracting Global Investments


Ajman: H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, visited the Ajman New Projects Centre – Free Zone (ANCFZ) to review its operations and services offered to entrepreneurs and investors. The visit underscores Sheikh Ammar’s dedication to supporting the Centre’s contribution to sustainable development and reinforcing Ajman’s leadership both locally and regionally.



According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Ammar commended the employees of the Centre for their efficiency in delivering services and facilitating the issuance of commercial licenses. He emphasized the role of the Centre as the economic face of Ajman, acknowledging the positive impact of their efforts on customer satisfaction. The Crown Prince noted that the Centre has become a vital gateway for Ajman, attracting companies from 150 nationalities, which signifies a major achievement for the emirate as a premier investment destination.



Sheikh Ammar encouraged the staff to maintain a spirit of teamwork, which he identified as crucial for excellence and ongoing success. He stressed the importance of innovation and creating new ideas to simplify procedures and enhance customer satisfaction, aligning with Ajman Government’s vision to bolster the economy and establish Ajman as a hub for entrepreneurs and investors.



Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman New Projects Centre, expressed gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and H.H. Sheikh Ammar for their guidance and support. He highlighted the Centre’s progress within a year, with over 5,000 registered companies from 150 nationalities and nearly 7,000 investors, achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 96% due to efficient transaction processing.



The Chairman also mentioned the Centre’s network of over 1,000 commercial agents globally and partnerships with banks to offer comprehensive financial solutions to entrepreneurs. He affirmed the Centre’s commitment to an ambitious expansion plan, including a new office in Dubai and the implementation of a ‘Zero Bureaucracy’ strategy, which has significantly improved processing times and streamlined procedures.
