Ammar bin Humaid Welcomes Participants of UAE Government Leaders Programmes 2025

Ajman: H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, emphasized the importance of nurturing a new generation of national leaders who are well-grounded in their identity and adept at navigating global changes. He noted that this requires a long-term commitment to intellectual development and the empowerment of Emirati talents. These remarks were made during his reception of participants from the "UAE Government Leaders Programmes 2025" at the Ruler's Court in Ajman.

According to Emirates News Agency, the visit was attended by Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, and Director General of the Prime Minister's Office. The gathering was part of the programme's activities in Ajman. H.H. the Crown Prince of Ajman reiterated the UAE's dedication, under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and with the support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to invest in the people and empower young national talents to lead in various sectors.

He further stated that the Programme reflects the core of leadership, which begins with the ability to influence and empower citizens, equipping them with skills needed in a rapidly changing global environment. H.H. Sheikh Ammar commended the participants' dedication and the efforts of the organising entities in preparing a proactive generation of Emirati leaders.

Al Olama highlighted that the UAE Government has become a pioneering global model for modern governance. He credited this achievement to the exceptional vision of the nation's leadership in enhancing government work at federal and local levels, resulting in significant improvements in the quality and performance of government services. The programme participants expressed gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Ammar for his support and willingness to engage with them.
