The move capitalizes on the organization's extensive experience in managing real estate projects and its established strengths in Environment, Energy, Technology, and Healthcare. This expansion reinforces BEEAH's commitment to developing future-ready cities and enhancing the quality of life for communities.

According to Emirates News Agency, the expansion signifies BEEAH's deliberate diversification strategy, which integrates sustainability at its core while fostering growth in emerging, high-impact industries. Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, stated that real estate development is a natural progression for the organization. BEEAH aims to create exceptional urban environments that set new regional benchmarks, incorporating principles of sustainability, innovation, and commitment to quality of life.

With over a decade of experience in project development, BEEAH is well-positioned in the real estate industry. Its iconic headquarters designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and ongoing projects like the Jawaher Boston Medical District designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop demonstrate its capabilities. BEEAH has also been appointed as project manager for the upcoming Sharjah Creative Quarter project, showcasing its strategic leadership in sustainable urban development.

In the Environment sector, BEEAH leads the region in waste-to-value solutions and landfill diversion. Its waste management systems, which include AI and robotics, have achieved a landfill diversion rate of over 90% in the Emirate of Sharjah. BEEAH is expanding its waste management expertise to Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
