Maiduguri: A bomb exploded during prayers at a mosque in Nigeria's northeastern city of Maiduguri on Wednesday night, resulting in the deaths of five individuals in what police described as a likely suicide attack. According to Emirates News Agency, police reported that 35 people sustained injuries in the attack. Nahum Daso, spokesperson for the police command in Borno state, stated that fragments of a suspected suicide vest were discovered at the scene, indicating the nature of the attack.
