Bleheq: The HoR session kicks off in Benghazi.

The House of Representatives session began today, Tuesday, at the Council's headquarters in the city of Benghazi, headed by the Speaker of the Council, 'Aqilah Saleh,' according to the Council's spokesman, Abdullah Bleheq.
