The Charge d'Affairs of the US Embassy to Libya, Jimmy Brent, expressed his happiness with the participation of what he described as close Libyan partners in the celebration held by the embassy, in Tripoli on, Thursday evening, on the occasion of the 248th anniversary of the independence of the United States.
