Coping with Digital Transformation, AI .. 1st International Camel Tech conference Begins in Qatar

Doha, Keeping pace with the modern technologies and digital transformation, and to establish a purposeful scientific dialogue that discusses the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the camel sector, the world's first camel technology conference 'Camel Tech' organized by the Qatar Camel Mazaen Club, of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in partnership with the International Camel Organization, began in Doha on Tuesday.

Attended by HE Minister of Sports and Youth Salah bin Ghanim Al Ali along with a lineup of local, regional and international experts; companies and research centers The conference aims to address the latest modern technologies in the camel sector and work to develop and benefit from them, as well as opening up areas of research to develop technical solutions to the problems facing those involved in camel sports.

During its sessions, the Camel Tech conference discussed a number of scientific research related to the areas of use of artificial intelligence technology in the camel sector. It also saw exchanging ideas and developing a mechanism to enhance coordination and cooperation on the uses of AI in the breeding and care of camels, and sharing the latest findings of research and innovations in the areas of camel sector technology.

The conference also witnessed the launch of the smart assistant service "Howair" on the "Mazaen" application and the website of the Qatar Camel Mazaen Club, which was developed to become an assistant using artificial intelligence technology for users to answer their questions about the entries in the new season of the Qatar Camel Festival 2024 and introduce all the services the Club provides.

A number of technology companies participated in the 1st Camel Tech Conference in Doha, including the Qatar Satellite Company (Es'hailSat); Meeza Company for Information Technology Services; App Lab Software Company; Ibdaa Company for Digital Technology; "Black Arrow Company; and In Town Tech Company.

Camel Tach Conference also brought together a lineup of international experts and specialists in the camel sector, including CEO of the Saudi Camel Club Engineer Raed Abdulaziz Abu Zanada, President of the International Camel Association in Europe Francoise Dureuil, in addition to major camel owners, and stakeholders.
