Dubai: C37, the UAE's first private medical workspace managed by Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), has entered into a strategic partnership with the Institute of Vascular and Endovascular Sciences (IVES) at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in India. This collaboration, facilitated by Surge Growth Partners, a healthcare advisory firm, aims to expand specialised vascular care in the UAE through international cooperation.

According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership will allow a select group of consultant vascular and endovascular surgeons from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital's IVES to join C37 and provide specialised services in the UAE. These services include expertise in complex arterial and venous disease, advanced endovascular procedures, diabetic foot and limb salvage, carotid artery disease, and dialysis access. The collaboration is designed to support knowledge exchange and provide access to advanced expertise within a regulated clinical workspace.

Dr. Mohamed Elbaz, Medical Director and Head of Operations at the C37 platform, emphasized that C37 facilitates greater access to specialised expertise, addressing the evolving needs of the healthcare sector. He highlighted that the partnership enhances C37's role as a gateway for leading international medical expertise, attracting specialised talent, and supporting innovation to meet the growing demand for advanced healthcare services in the UAE.

Dr. Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of the Board of Management at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, expressed hope that this partnership will expand into a broader relationship, providing tertiary healthcare services in the UAE from various other departments of their institution, which is one of the oldest and most reputed in India.

Vivek Shukla, Founder and Managing Partner of Surge Growth Partners, remarked on the partnership as a practical step toward improving access to highly specialised vascular care in the UAE. He noted that Sir Ganga Ram Hospital brings extensive clinical experience, while C37 offers a well-governed platform for this expertise to benefit local patients.
