Dubai: Amid a rapidly evolving technological landscape shaping the cities of the future, Dubai Land Department (DLD) concluded its participation at GITEX Global 2025, reaffirming its position as a leading government entity in smart real estate transformation, solidifying Dubai’s position among the world’s most digitally advanced cities.
According to Emirates News Agency, through a suite of pioneering initiatives and partnerships with leading global technology companies, DLD embodied its vision of transforming the customer experience into a fully integrated digital model. This reflects its commitment to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, aligning with the emirate’s vision of building a data- and AI-driven economy.
DLD showcased a range of initiatives to redefine the future of real estate services, launching the first phase of the ‘Digital Sale’ service via the ‘Dubai Now’ app. This service revolutionizes the process of buying and selling real estate, enabling customers to complete transactions digitally using their UAE Pass, and enhancing procedural efficiency while offering a streamlined experience.
Additionally, DLD unveiled the ‘Dubai Rental Heatmap’, which uses artificial intelligence and data analytics to provide indicators of rental values for housing units within buildings. This initiative promotes transparency in the rental market, allowing landlords and tenants to make informed decisions based on updated data.
DLD also introduced the ‘Real Estate Transactions Platform’, an interactive dashboard displaying real-time transaction data across the emirate, aimed at strengthening trust and credibility in Dubai’s real estate market.
In collaboration with Google Cloud, DLD launched the ‘DLD Investor AI Assistant’, an AI-powered system providing investors with insights and analytics to support informed decision-making and promote real estate sector growth.
Moreover, DLD announced a collaboration with Microsoft to develop a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This initiative aims to deliver a more interactive customer experience by integrating AI, automation, and data analytics technologies.
DLD further strengthened its collaboration with Dubai Municipality through the Digital Twin and Smart Buildings Platform projects, enhancing smart city management and improving shared government services efficiency.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with Dubai Police to support cybersecurity in real estate and raise awareness about cybercrime and digital fraud risks.
During the event, DLD announced cooperation with Dubai Finance for technical implementation to pay government service fees, involving instant settlement of digital assets in UAE dirhams through the DubaiPay platform, managed by Digital Dubai Authority.
DLD also entered a strategic partnership with Emirates NBD to develop digital solutions that simplify the tenant experience and enhance flexibility in rental operations.
Omar Al Mheiri, Head of Dubai Land Department’s GITEX Global 2025 Participation Committee, concluded, ‘The success of our participation reflects DLD’s commitment to advancing smart real estate transformation and adopting technologies that elevate customer experience and sustain the real estate market.
