Dubai: Ahmed Butti Al Muhairbi, Secretary-General of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE), hosted Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), along with his delegation, at the Council's headquarters in Dubai. The meeting, attended by several council officials, focused on enhancing institutional cooperation.
