Dubai: Dubai Holding Investments, in collaboration with Brookfield Properties, has unveiled Solaya, a collection of 234 exclusive beachfront residences situated in the Jumeirah 1 neighbourhood, a prime location in the heart of Dubai.
According to Emirates News Agency, this development leverages the Meraas brand of Dubai Holding Real Estate, marking a significant advancement in the partnership between Dubai Holding Investments and Brookfield Properties. This project spans 40 acres and represents a new venture for the partners, who have previously shaped several of Dubai's iconic retail and lifestyle destinations. The launch of Solaya aims to set a new standard in Dubai's residential market, further enhancing the city's reputation as a hub of luxury living.
