Dubai to Host Concordia Horizon Summit in 2027, Marking Middle East Debut

Dubai:Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai will host the Concordia Horizon Summit for the first time in the Middle East in May 2027. The event will bring together government leaders, business executives, and decision-makers to tackle global challenges, explore cooperation opportunities, and enhance public-private partnerships.

According to Emirates News Agency, the summit will be a platform for high-impact economic and development initiatives, positioning Dubai as an international leader. Announced at the Concordia Annual Summit in New York in September 2026, the event will be organized in collaboration with the Department of Finance for the Government of Dubai.

Rodney Ferguson, CEO of Concordia, expressed enthusiasm for hosting the first Horizon Summit in the Middle East, highlighting Dubai's role as a global hub for innovation and investment. The summit is expected to announce significant partnerships and initiatives, fostering new investment opportunities and collaborative ventures across various sectors.

Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director-General of the Department of Finance for the Government of Dubai, emphasized Dubai's commitment to creating opportunities and building partnerships. He noted that hosting the Concordia Horizon Summit reflects international confidence in Dubai as a prime destination for business and investment, providing a platform to address global economic trends and foster cooperation.

The Concordia Horizon Summit is part of a series of international events organized by Concordia, a US-based non-profit. The organization's previous summits have launched impactful initiatives such as Prosper Africa and Project Fury, showcasing its commitment to fostering strategic partnerships and delivering tangible outcomes.
