Abu dhabi: HORIZON, the Middle East's largest independent helicopter flight training academy and part of EDGE, has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first authorised service centre (ASC) in the region for Rolls-Royce engines. The centre is now equipped to provide maintenance, repair, and support services specifically for the M250 and RR300 Rolls-Royce engines.
According to Emirates News Agency, the ASC's new capabilities are set to offer faster turnaround times and enhanced service capabilities from HORIZON's facilities based in Al Ain. The certification by Rolls-Royce ensures that HORIZON delivers certified quality services, contributing to the advancement of regional and national aerospace capabilities and increasing in-country value.
This certification distinguishes HORIZON from other service providers by meeting the stringent requirements and quality benchmarks set by Rolls-Royce.
