CAIRO: Egypt has reiterated its ongoing efforts, in collaboration with Qatar and the United States, to achieve an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, which would facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and halt regional escalation. The statement followed a meeting between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, with Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, also in attendance. The Egyptian Presidency spokesperson noted that the discussions focused on regional conditions and enhancing Arab cooperation to address current challenges.
