Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has emphasised the urgent need for mobilising international efforts to secure an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and to deliver emergency relief aid to address the catastrophic humanitarian situation facing the Palestinian people. He underscored the necessity of taking effective measures to prevent the conflict from escalating further and to achieve a comprehensive and just solution, based on the two-state solution. President El-Sisi made this statement during a phone call he received from Czech President Petr Pavel, which discussed their countries' commitment to enhancing their cooperation across various fields, particularly in the economic and trade sectors.
