EHC Investment, Phoenix Technologies, and AAA Enterprises Join Forces to Deliver Advanced Computing Solutions

Abu dhabi: EHC Investment L.L.C., Phoenix Technologies Ltd., and AAA Commercial Enterprises LLC have entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding to form a joint venture focused on developing next-generation sovereign cloud infrastructure, secure data platforms, and advanced AI computing solutions across the region. The joint venture will be headquartered in Abu Dhabi and aims to combine regional investment leadership with Swiss-based advanced technology execution to meet the increasing demand for secure and scalable digital infrastructure.

According to Emirates News Agency, the joint venture will serve as the operating platform for developing, marketing, and delivering sovereign cloud solutions. The full-scale operations will commence after securing necessary approvals and selecting the first flagship project as outlined in the agreed growth roadmap among the parties. Ali Al Gebely, Managing Director of EHC, stated that the joint venture aligns with the UAE's vision to establish secure digital infrastructure, leveraging EHC's extensive expertise to enable trusted cloud and AI platforms that prioritize national interests and protect data sovereignty.

Moustafa Rashad, Group CEO of EHC, noted that the partnership with Phoenix and AAA Enterprises will create a strong foundation for sovereign cloud and AI platforms that support national priorities and shareholder goals, accelerating digital transformation and delivering sustainable value. Phoenix Technologies, a Swiss technology leader, will spearhead technical execution, delivery, and technology enablement in the region. Thomas Taroni, Founder and Executive Chairman of Phoenix, highlighted the importance of controlling the entire value chain to ensure independent operations and build a resilient platform for AI innovation.

AAA Enterprises, backed by Gewan Holding, will enhance the joint venture with robust regional execution capabilities. Alaa Al Ali, Group CEO of NG9 Holding, emphasized that the collaboration brings together global technology expertise and regional execution to create a trusted platform that boosts national resilience and positions the UAE as a global hub for advanced cloud and AI ecosystems. Amer Al Osh, CEO of AAA Commercial Enterprises, expressed the company's commitment to supporting the development of secure, scalable cloud and AI platforms that empower governments and enterprises to innovate confidently while maintaining full control over their data and digital future.
