Eight Israeli soldiers killed, five wounded in southern Lebanon

GAZA: Eight Israeli soldiers were killed as Israel launched ground invasion into southern Lebanon this morning, the Israel Army announced on Wednesday. According to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, five members of the Israeli army were wounded in the clashes, with two sustaining serious wounds. Source: Emirates News Agency
