Paris:Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production Establishment (Ektifa) is showcasing its agricultural and livestock production innovations at SIAL Paris 2026. The event, taking place from October 17 to 21 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre in France, focuses on Ektifa's expertise in organic food production and its efforts to expand international partnerships.
According to Emirates News Agency, Ektifa is guided by the vision 'From Sharjah to the World,' aiming to enhance Sharjah's presence in the global organic food production industry through its integrated approach. This system encompasses cultivation, livestock farming, food processing, packaging, and distribution, reflecting the efficiency and interconnectedness of their processes.
Dr. Eng. Khalifa Musabeh Al Teneiji, Chairman of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock and CEO of Ektifa, stated that their participation seeks to promote Sharjah's capabilities in sustainable food production. It also provides an opportunity to exchange expertise with international leaders and explore strategic partnerships.
The exhibition serves as a platform to showcase Sharjah's advancements in organic dairy production, poultry farming, and wheat cultivation. It also highlights the progress in developing innovative food industries and environmentally sustainable solutions.
