Abu Dhabi:EMDAD, a prominent service provider in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors, has officially rebranded itself as NMDC Emdad. This change follows its acquisition by NMDC Group through NMDC LTS, signaling a full integration into the larger NMDC ecosystem.
According to Wam, the rebranding is set to proceed without any disruption to NMDC Emdad's daily operations. The company’s management team, workforce, client relationships, existing contracts, and operational facilities will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for all stakeholders.
The new identity aims to enhance NMDC Emdad's ability to leverage the vast scale, technical expertise, and asset strength of the NMDC Group. Mohamed Thani Murshed Ghannam Al Rumaithi, Chairman of NMDC Group, emphasized the group's commitment to creating significant value for shareholders and partners, aligning with the UAE's national economic growth ambitions.
Dr. Yasser Zaghloul, Group CEO of NMDC Group, highlighted that the transition embodies operating as a unified group with shared culture, governance, and standards. He emphasized the goal of delivering greater value and pursuing growth opportunities within the energy sector.
