KATHMANDU: His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, held a meeting on Monday with Ram Chandra Poudel, President of Nepal, at the Sheetal Niwas Presidential Palace in Kathmandu.
