Expo Centre Sharjah to Host 4th UAE China Tyre and Auto Parts Expo 2025

Sharjah: The 4th UAE China Tyre and Auto Parts Expo 2025 is set to take place at Expo Centre Sharjah from 16-18 May 2025, offering the regional market direct access to China's globally renowned auto parts industry-celebrated for its advanced manufacturing capabilities and rapid technological innovation.

According to Emirates News Agency, the event is organised by Inter Commerce Expo Corporation and supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). The three-day event will feature over 300 leading Chinese manufacturers and distributors, showcasing their latest products and services tailored to the regional market. A press conference was held today at SCCI headquarters to announce the launch of the expo, with Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi and Steve Zhou among the attendees.

Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at SCCI, reaffirmed the Chamber's commitment to supporting the exhibition as a strategic platform for the tyre and auto parts sector in the UAE and the wider region. He emphasized that the event serves as a platform for business networking and innovation exchange, offering Chinese enterprises significant opportunities to expand their market reach.

The previous expo in May 2024 showcased the impressive growth and technological advancements of China's tyre and auto parts industry, attracting around 10,000 professional visitors from various regions, further cementing the UAE's position as a key trading hub. Steve Zhou, Director of International Affairs at Inter Commerce Expo Corporation, highlighted the rising demand for Chinese auto parts driven by competitive pricing and strategic bilateral relations.

The expo will leverage the remarkable $102 billion trade between the UAE and China in 2024. This growth underscores the strengthening economic ties and the strategic importance of their bilateral relations, further emphasized by the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations celebrated in 2024, making the Expo a significant event for industry stakeholders.

Industry observers note the UAE's auto industry benefits from its ties with Chinese manufacturers, especially in market share expansion and electric vehicle adoption, which will be a key focus at the Expo. The event will also feature a dedicated forum discussing topics like the Chinese tyre industry state, advanced technologies in tyre manufacturing, and a new platform for online match meetings and warehousing.

Held in association with Shandong Port Overseas Supply Chain (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Hualun Inter Tech FZCO, the event will showcase a comprehensive range of exhibits, including tyres, auto parts, electric vehicles, and charging stations, aiming to connect the regional market to the Chinese tyre and auto parts industries.
