Abu dhabi: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) has hosted the inaugural FAB Young Talent AI Circle, a new employee-led innovation forum designed to unite emerging talent, AI advocates, and senior leaders to identify and accelerate practical AI solutions across the organisation.
According to Emirates News Agency, the event took place at the FAB Business School and was organised by the Bank's AI Innovation Hub. It gathered graduates, young professionals, Copilot Champions, and senior leaders to explore opportunities for enhancing onboarding, knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled tools. This initiative is part of FAB's broader efforts to engage employees in AI adoption and innovation, offering graduates and young professionals a platform to contribute insights that drive continuous improvement and future-ready work practices.
During the session, participants identified various opportunities to enhance employee experience and streamline daily operations. Teams, working alongside Copilot Champions, developed and refined practical AI use cases targeting workplace challenges, selecting three high-potential concepts for further progression and implementation. These ideas were then presented to senior leadership, including Advisors from FAB's Group Chief Executive Office and Group Chief Operating Officer. The teams will collaborate with the AI Innovation Hub and Copilot Champions to advance and implement these solutions across the organisation.
The Young Talent AI Circle aligns with FAB's strategy for responsible AI adoption by facilitating structured employee involvement in developing and applying AI-enabled solutions. Through the AI Innovation Hub, the Bank continues to build AI capabilities via leadership engagement, Copilot Champion networks, and employee enablement programs.
