Abu dhabi: At least four migrants have died and around 20 are missing after their boat capsized off the coast of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean, local authorities announced on Friday. Seventeen people have been rescued from the boat, which had about 40 people on board. Among the rescued are both Dominicans and Haitians.
