BFM News reported that Macron refused Attal's resignation, submitted earlier today following his party's defeat in the legislative elections, where despite the leftist New Popular Front's leading position; no party secured an absolute majority. Macron urged Attal to stay in office to ensure the country's stability, commending Attal's role during the recent European and legislative election campaigns, it added.
