Abu Dhabi:The Fujairah Free Zone Authority (FFZA) hosted a delegation of European Union ambassadors to discuss the strengthening of economic cooperation and the exploration of new partnership opportunities. This initiative aims to support mutual interests and drive economic development.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting explored various areas of cooperation and opportunities to enhance engagement between the Free Zone and the European business community. The discussions emphasized Fujairah's economic and investment advantages and highlighted the supportive business environment that the Free Zone offers to investors across multiple sectors.
The dialogue also focused on expanding engagement with European companies and investors, exploring new opportunities to increase trade and investment, and establishing sustainable economic partnerships. Sharief Habib Al Awadhi, Director-General of FFZA, underscored the importance of the visit in strengthening economic ties.
Al Awadhi stated, "At Fujairah Free Zone, we are committed to expanding our network of international partnerships and opening new opportunities for investors in ways that enhance investment opportunities and support the growth of businesses and joint investments."
At the conclusion of the visit, both parties emphasized the significance of continued communication and coordination, as well as exploring further opportunities and initiatives to advance economic cooperation and mutual interests.
